Technologies Engineering Services

Technology engineers are involved in projects such as the specification and installation of structured cabling (fiber and copper data cabling), video management and cameras, intrusion detection, card access, two-way and one way intercommunication, fire alarm, mass notification, sound and video reinforcement, nurse call/code blue, rescue assistance, sound masking, distributed antenna, and reinforced classroom/conference room audio and video systems. All these systems can be independent or often interconnected.

The technology engineer is responsible for carefully listening to the owner’s technology system’s needs and providing clear feedback on what’s possible while keeping a clear eye on the budget. After an understanding of the technology goals, a design to achieve those goals is next. Given the rapid pace of technology changes, it usually takes many resources to stay abreast of what’s available. This is where AMSCO Engineering excels. Many resources are brought to the problem including architects, systems reps, contractors, and specialty designers: it takes a team to create good technology designs.
